01What this policy covers
This policy describes information handled through the PreOpSure, Inc. marketing website, including demo scheduling and business inquiries.
The clinical platform is separate. This website policy does not replace a facility’s patient privacy notice, a customer agreement, or an applicable business associate agreement.
Please use business contact information only. Do not send patient records, medical histories, or other patient information through website inquiries or demo booking.
03Services used on this website
Some website features connect your browser to another provider. Those providers can receive technical information, such as your IP address, browser information, and request details, when the connection occurs.
- Website hosting
- Vercel serves the website and its assets. Hosting and security systems may process request and technical log data to deliver and protect the site. Vercel privacy notice
- Website measurement
- Vercel Web Analytics measures visits and selected interactions without setting analytics cookies. A tagged link in a partner’s email or webpage shows which campaign link brought a visit, not who the visitor is. We do not send personal details, free text, or calculator inputs in these events. - Demo scheduling
- The booking page loads an embedded Google Calendar scheduler when you open it. You can also open the scheduling page directly in Google. Booking information is handled through Google’s service. Google privacy policy
- Video playback
- The interview and webinar players connect to YouTube after you select Watch. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed. This does not mean that YouTube receives no information or uses no browser storage. Opening a YouTube link takes you to its service. About YouTube embeds
- Fonts
- Website fonts are served with the site’s own assets. Loading the fonts does not connect your browser to Google Fonts.
- Trust Center and social links
- Links to our Vanta Trust Center, LinkedIn, X, and other external destinations open services with their own privacy practices. Any information you provide after following those links is handled by the destination service and its operator.
04Calculator, storage and preferences
If you enable touch feedback, this site saves that on or off preference in your browser’s local storage. You can change it with the touch-feedback control or clear it through your browser settings.
The impact calculator keeps your assumptions in your browser tab’s session storage so they remain available as you move between pages. The inputs cover case volume, time spent on preparation, cancellation-rate assumptions, and revenue per case.
Those numbers are not submitted to PreOpSure or included in your demo booking. Use the calculator’s reset control to restore the example assumptions. Your browser controls session storage, and a restored browsing session may retain it.
Interactive product examples use fictional records. Changes to those examples stay in the page and are not sent to the clinical application.
The facility illustration uses your device’s clock for the time of day. Its weather controls change a visual effect; they do not request your location or retrieve local weather.
Your browser can restrict cookies and storage, including those used by embedded services. Some features may work differently when restrictions are enabled. Website measurement uses Vercel Web Analytics as described above.
05How information is used and shared
Website and inquiry information is used to deliver the website, arrange demos, respond to business questions, troubleshoot problems, and protect the service.
We currently handle business inquiries and booking follow-up through our email and calendar services; we do not currently use a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Information is processed through the providers involved in those activities, including hosting, scheduling, and email services. Embedded and external services may also process information under their own policies, as described above.
We may use CRM, spreadsheet, email-marketing, or other service providers to organize business contacts, manage follow-up, and send our own marketing communications. Information may be entered into those services manually or automatically. These providers would process information on our behalf for the purposes described in this policy.
If we introduce sharing with partners for their own use, we will describe that practice in an updated policy and provide any notice or choice required by applicable law before that sharing begins.
We may also use business contact details to send you our own emails about PreOpSure products, updates, and pilot opportunities, where permitted by applicable law. You can opt out of our marketing emails by following the instructions in the email or contacting info@preopsure.com. We may still respond to your inquiries and send necessary booking or service messages.
Information may also need to be disclosed when required by applicable law or to address fraud, security incidents, or threats to people’s safety.
06Retention and security
We keep business inquiries, booking records, and related email for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law. Hosting logs are kept according to our hosting provider's standard retention. Browser-only calculator storage is described separately above.
No website or transmission method can guarantee complete security. For information about PreOpSure’s security program and available review materials, visit our Security page. Audit status and reports are described there.
07Questions and requests
For questions about information you have shared with PreOpSure, or to request access, correction, or deletion, contact info@preopsure.com. Include enough context for us to identify the relevant inquiry or booking, but do not include patient information.
We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request involving personal information. Available rights, exceptions, and response requirements depend on applicable law.
For information handled by a healthcare facility through the clinical platform, contact that facility through its established privacy process.
08Audience and policy changes
This website is intended for healthcare professionals and business representatives evaluating PreOpSure. It is not directed to children.
This policy is effective October 12, 2026. Material changes will be reflected in an updated policy and any additional notice required by applicable law.
