Founder & CEO

Andrew is a board-certified nurse anesthetist with more than a decade of experience as a chief nurse anesthetist. He has seen firsthand how gaps in pre-procedural preparation affect patients, nurses, and the operating room.

When he could not find a solution that worked, he founded PreOpSure to start screening earlier, give clinicians more time for follow-up, and bring anesthesia-level concerns to the clinical team before the day of surgery.

Juri is a board-certified anesthesiologist with more than 20 years of experience. His leadership roles have included system director, department chief, and private practice president.

That combination of clinical practice and executive leadership shapes his understanding of where pre-procedural workflows break down and how to make preparation work for both care teams and the facilities they serve.
