Your facility. Your assumptions.
Put your numbers
to work.
More completed cases. More nursing time for the work that needs it. Explore both opportunities with your own volume, cancellation rate, and preparation time.
Build your facility’s scenarioIllustrative starting assumptions
Start with your annual volume.
Adjust any number to explore what a change could mean for your facility.
Use scheduled cases as the baseline, including those that were canceled.
Potential recovered revenue.
Model fewer day-of-surgery cancellations and the additional cases your facility could complete.
Use collected facility revenue, not billed charges or professional fees collected elsewhere.
Potential additional annual gross facility revenue
$300,0006% → 5% day-of-surgery cancellation rate. This is an assumption you choose, not a predicted PreOpSure result.
How this revenue estimate works
Annual scheduled cases × (current day-of-surgery cancellation rate − modeled day-of-surgery cancellation rate) ÷ 100 × average collected facility revenue per case.
Count only additional cases completed during the year. Moving an already completed case to an earlier date does not create additional annual revenue. This is gross revenue, not profit or net ROI, and excludes added costs, reimbursement differences, and software costs.
More time for clinical work.
Estimate the staff time that could become available when outreach is automated and nurses review the results.
Include outreach, retries, preparation, and documentation in your current time. Keep verification, follow-up, unsuccessful outreach, and any remaining manual work in your after-automation estimate.
Potential annual nursing capacity made available
867hoursHow this capacity estimate works
Annual cases × (current staff minutes per case − remaining staff minutes per case) ÷ 60.
Capacity means staff time available for other work. It is not guaranteed payroll savings or a staffing reduction. Parallel calling shortens the outreach queue; the hours here depend on the staff-time assumptions you enter.
Your assumptions carry across these pages in this browser tab when browser storage is available. They aren’t submitted with your booking.
Bring your numbers to the conversation.
Use your scenario to discuss where a pilot could make the biggest difference for your team.
Illustrative estimates only, not benchmarks, guarantees, or evidence of results caused by PreOpSure. Actual results depend on patient mix, facility workflow, adoption, clinical decisions, reimbursement, and other factors. Revenue and nursing capacity are separate estimates and should not be added together.

Use your scheduled annual case volume, cancellation reasons, collected facility revenue, and observed staff time. The example values above are editable illustrations, not industry averages.
Measure the work that remains
Track time spent reviewing results, resolving alerts, collecting missing information, and contacting patients who need further help. Automating outreach does not remove clinical follow-up.
Track outcomes alongside the numbers
Compare screening activity, completed cases, cancellations and their reasons, and staff time across a defined period. Account for changes in case mix, scheduling, and facility operations before attributing a result to PreOpSure.
