Patient-record access is scoped to the signed-in user’s facility. Clinical actions have role-based permissions.
A record of key actions
Record access, escalation, and final verification create audit events, connecting those actions with the person and record involved.
Clinician verification
Your clinical team reviews findings, addresses concerns, and completes final verification. An automated screening call does not independently clear a patient for surgery.
